NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC licensing
NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC is designed with full flexibility and convenience for investors in mind. It allows precise adjustment of license quantities to match the needs of each facility. In the event of expansion or increased functional requirements, the system can be easily upgraded at any time by purchasing additional licenses.
Device licensing
Connecting devices to the NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC server requires the NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC 1 PKT LIC v5 license, based on license points. Each new device added to the server consumes a specified number of points. Licenses must be purchased in sufficient quantity to cover all planned devices.
Operator licensing
By default, the NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC server allows access for a single operator. To increase the number of operators, purchase the appropriate number of NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC KL1 v5 licenses.
System extensions
- NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC NMS VSS OP – an extension that allows NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM VSS devices to be added without consuming license points.
- NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC KaDe OP v6 – an extension that allows KaDe access control devices and KaDe time recording terminals to be connected without consuming license points.
- NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC ULPR OP v6 – an extension that removes the limit on the number of vehicles in the system.
Time & Attendance functionality
Enabling time & attendance functionality requires the NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC RCP v5 license, supporting up to 10 users. To increase the number of users, purchase NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC URCP v5 licenses, available in variants for 10, 100, 500, or 2000 additional users.
License Plate Recognition (LPR) functionality
Enabling LPR functionality requires the NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC LPR v5 license, supporting up to 10 vehicles. To increase the number of supported vehicles, purchase NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC ULPR v5 licenses, available in variants for 10, 100, 500, or 5000 additional vehicles.
Distributed (multi-server) systems
For systems operating in a distributed mode, the NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC SRV v5 license is required, allowing management of multiple locations from a single program interface. A license must be purchased for each server within the multi-server system.
License activation
Activation requires prior registration of the NOVUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AC program, performed directly within the program. Online registration requires an internet connection. If internet access is not available, offline registration can be completed by generating a special file, transferring it to a computer with internet access, registering it on the dedicated website, and then using the returned file to activate the program on the target workstation.
